bad very bad very very bad

They say that the free version comes with questions and explanations. The only way to access the explanations is to buy the enhanced version. Therefore, this is false advertising.


Great Neurology Resource

As a neurology resident I have found this resource with over 1000 neurology specific questions quite helpful, especially for daily studying. I have always found question based learning the best for longer term retention. One thing that would make this an even better resource for medical students or neurology residents would be the ability to search specific conditions and read about them to use this also as a quick reference of neurological conditions.
