Cannot refresh after using car play

Have. 2 iPhones, a 5 and an 8. I can I connect with usb all Day, no issues. If I use CarPlay with My iPhone 8 after I arrive home car will not make the beeping sounds when I plug the EV charge cord and on the Chevy app I cannot refresh the screen to see the vehicle details. After 3-4 hours it goes back to normal.
Stop logging me out!

App logs me out every two days, which makes trying to start your car via the watch useless. Didn’t use to be bad.

Just goes to a white screen. Jessica, please don’t respond and tell me to send an email to anyone. It’s not my isolated phone issue. Please fix this crap. Hasn’t worked for many months. No end in sight.
Not as good as Ford pass!

First gm wants a monthly fee. Fords is free. Second not as user friendly or as fast as the Ford app

Terrible app. I got a new phone and put all the correct information to log back in and it won’t accept. I’ve even logged out of the app on the old phone just to make sure it wasn’t that and nothing. Waste of an app

We purchased a 2016 Impala. My husband and I both downloaded the app. Neither of us got an email to verify account. So, we can’t even access any info.

Since the update 3 weeks ago, the key fob no longer shows up to be able to remote start and lock / unlock doors etc. which is a challenge for me with elderly parents who have accidentally locked me out of the vehicle and then can’t reopen it.

After the latest update I still had the same issues. Found out the app will work by itself on the phone ok but if you add it to Apple Watch it will get much worse and you will be constantly logged out. FIX THE WATCH APP !!
