Onstar for 2021 Camaro and uconnect for my 2020 charger

How is uconnect working better than onstar. It takes about 30 second to a min for a command sent from my phone to my charger to react. So if some was near or even breaking into car I can sound horns and light. Onstar is very work sometimes and close app reopen app for a command to final get received to car. So if someone is breaking in my car they have already got what they wanted and gone before car receives the command and that’s if it’s works.
Convenient if it worked

The app would be really convenient if it were reliable. It takes multiple tries to start your vehicle and frequently doesn’t even connect at all.

This is truly the worst app I have ever seen. It never works. Why am I paying for onstar when the one reason, auto start, doesn’t work?

I would give this app 4 stars if all the features available for my car, were available on my other vehicles. They used to be, but now they aren’t.
Was good until the update

I’ll be cancelling my subscription due to the update. As with many apps, they have now updated to require iOS 13.0. Not upgrading my good phone just because they can’t be fair to all customers.

Doesn’t Work on WiFi

App constantly logs you out. When I am on my home wifi I have to switch to a cellular network otherwise the app gives me an error of “No internet connection”. Then when I use the app it just spins on remote start and I have to either wait or force close app. Sometimes you have to wait until it errors out to try again. Have deleted app, restarted phone and then reinstalled and no changes.

It is a very useful app for starting in winter, or locking and unlocking. I like that I can see the maintenance that’s due. One of my frequently used apps.

Remote start not giving feedback that the car has started Keeps asking if I still own vehicle and when I answer yes the app locks up I own two other eligible vehicles that I will install after market remote start instead of GM Disappointed in the service I have reloaded the app with no improvement Logan Wilson 3198303194
