Every time I use the app to start my car I have to do it twice the first time it never works it needs an update asap

Purchased a 2022 Silverado, app subscription was included due to chip shortage. Previous version of the app worked once, updated version of app worked once. Twice in a month’s time…. Dealership and Onstar have been unable to resolve.
App not working right

I just downloaded this app, and I signed in and typed in my Vin number so I can connect to my car, anyway, it seems to be glitched or something because when I press “Link my vehicle” it loads and logs me out of the app. Every single time. That’s it. I’m assuming this app is probably experiencing technical difficulties. Please fix this issue.

I have new drivers and Im paying for this garbage. I have the newest version of this app an now when I log in it says an unexpected error has occurred. Check for an app update. I have installed and uninstalled it a million times and it still doesn't work.

I feel like you pay people to rate your app high. It’s useless. Crashes all the time. I get logged out even if I click stay logged in, Apple Watch does not save the pin. What’s the point of having a watch interface if I have to get out my phone each time to use the watch. Make something that works or don’t make anything at all.

All the features are hidden behind a paywall. Shouldn't apple flag this as in-app purchases or fraud?
Update crashes

Updated to v5.9, app no longer works. Charged my Bolt for four hours yesterday, app would not update charge status. Used to get a text when car was done charging, that no longer works either. Can still remote start, so that’s worth a star.
