Not the sunniest review
I’ve been very happy with my iPhone and even the service plan, but the app has been awful. Every time I’ve tried to upgrade a phone, I spend 1 1/2 hrs on chat, talking to multiple people, asking me to start the process all over and still never get my device upgraded. Also, I cannot update the mailing address on my VISA payment. I’ve updated my mailing/billing address and upgraded my device and I’m PRAYING that my new phone doesn’t go to my old address!

Since the merger with T Mobile- The app no longer works. I try to use T-Mobile and it bounces me back to this app, but then it can’t recognize me to log in. Super frustrating!!!
My Sprint App doesnt stop authenticating.

Hello after a new phone upgrade the My Sprint app wont stop authenticating and WONT OPEN. I already deleted and downloade the app. Force quit and turned off phone. Any suggestions??

I was on hold with Sprint for 1 hour and 45 minutes and transferred over to three reps who at the end of the call couldn’t help me add a line to my new phone order or compensate me for my list time and frustration. I had to pay a 2nd time $73 for an order that I already paid for the first time. Absolutely terrible. I can’t wait until my phones are paid off so I can switch companies as this company, who I’ve been a customer since 2008 couldn’t give me a credit or any type of money towards all my problems, they were quick to try to sell me more products. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t access the app

I literally had no issues whatsoever with the sprint app, like at all even when T-Mobile bought out sprint, everything was still working fine. My husband and I go to upgrade our phones and now have T-Mobile. I downloaded the app for T-Mobile but they can’t get me signed in bc I’m still a “sprint” customer so they transfer me to the sprint app. I’ve waited for the app to load for 30 minutes and it doesn’t load. I’ve deleted the app 3 separate times & started over and it still does this. I’m not trying to place my card information online to pay my bill every month. Can someone seriously help me??

Haven’t been able to get past the “Authenticating” screen for a couple months. Have to pay bill and access account through browser which isn’t ideal.
