Why do you ask for a call back number? When I get disconnected I NEVER get called back. Thanks for the bad customer service.

I am not happy with getting forced to upgrade my phone! I love my iPhone 8’s plus! It’s paid for and has fingerprint I’d! You are forcing me to upgrade by January 1st ! I am strongly considering leaving your services over this! By forcing me to upgrade and now my bill will be higher! This is a scam to make your customers pay more!

Upgraded my phone and now can’t access app… tried everything I could think of… Logged in on sprint.com, deleted app and reinstalled, called sprint and still nothing… frustrating

Ever since I upgraded it will not let me sign in. As soon as I click the app it just says wait while we try to identify you over sprint network and it never leaves that page. I need help
App wont open

App hangs on the authentication screen after getting the T-Mobile SIM, but I can’t use the T-Mobile app because my account is still with Sprint. This merger is not so smooth.

I just upgraded my iPhone with the hope that it will remedy the problems I have since Sprint switched to T-Mobile. With my IPhone 11, my calls often dropped or my voice is hardly clear.

this app doesn’t even open up at all. i’ve deleted it restarted my phone and everything and it still doesn’t load. then when i go on safari sprint works for like 5 minutes then knocks me out. if they are going to merge then they need to put people that were on sprint in the t-mobile system so i can check and upgrade my phone
