Ever since I change my SIM card to T Mobile sim. This app is stuck on Authentication stage. Not even a manual way to log in. If y’all can make and update so we can get into the app. It’s useless. I have goto safari to pay my bills

The app was working fine before I got a new phone, after transferring all my into into the new phone the app stopped working. It won’t get past the authenticating page. I’ve tried erasing the app and restarting my phone but nothing works.
No longer works.

The app doesn’t even load for me. I’ve tried every solution. It’s as if they’ve abandoned the application. Poor customer service.
Stuck on "Authorizing"

App won't open. Stays stuck on Authorizing page. The app worked fine for my Android, but once I downloaded it to my iPhone, I want able to get it to work.

I upgraded to the new iPhone and now the app won’t move past the authentication screen. It just pulses and pulses and pulses…I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times and even soft reset my phone and still nothing. Very disappointed.
