Ever since Sprint became “T-Mobile” it won’t load my app. I never had problems until recently.

I recently upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro Max and this app doesn’t work. It is stuck on authenticating. It must have something to do with the fact that iPhone 13 doesn’t require a SIM card. It run on an eSIM. This issue is all over Redit. Everyone with an iPhone 13 is having this same problem. Sprint needs to fix this app to work with iPhone 13 and the eSIM.

Upgraded my phone to 13 pro max and the Sprint app stopped working. Tried everything. Deleted app downloaded again nothing. They need to do something about that

I used to have such an easy time with the app but the last few weeks when I have tried to get in it just loads and loads and never logs me in. I thought maybe I was behind on an update and nope I’m just not able to use the app I guess?

Upgraded to the IPhone 13 now the my sprint app doesn’t work deleted the app reinstalled still doesn’t work but works just fine on my IPhone SE don’t understand an I can also access it if I goggle it but just not frm the app ?????

Every since I got my t mobile SIM card. Switched from sprint and got my iPhone 13 I can’t load the app. It just continuously tries to authorize
