T mobile is not a good company they don’t care about their customers and they have terminated sprint contracts. I was on a very affordable plan with a lot of benefits T-Mobile decided I couldn’t afford it and changed it. I had been on that plan for years what would make them think I couldn’t afford it.

WHY do I have to “ OPT OUT “ of ANY company “SHARING” or especially SELLING” my PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! That should be an OPT IN sort of thing. It used to be! Now you have to tell someone you don’t want them to share your stuff. And now you have bunk lazy ap design that when you go to “opt out” IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO EVER OPT OUT ! THEREFORE THE STATEMENT THAT YOU CAN OPT OUT IS A LIE AND FRAUD ! FIX YOUR AP. MAYBE YOUR MENTALITY AS WELL. IT IS NOT COOL TO SHARE AND SELL SECRETS AND INFORMATION!

I recently upgraded my phone, and since it’s been happened I can not get past the app “authentication” I’ve let it sit as long as 30 minutes with no access to my account via the app. I have to go to the website.

T mobile buying out this company was the absolute worse mistake that sprint could have ever made!!! I have never been more unsatisfied with a company than I am right now!!! I’m done I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and I will be switching to AT&T
