Why in the world would HEB not allow Apple Pay and not allow you to use their own app to pay and store you can only use their app to pay curbside and pick up hours if not days later. Useless.

I can add items to my list but can’t seem to figure out how to start a shopping cart! Why isn’t there a big button that says add to cart?!

Gift cards should not expire. It says on the gift card to treat as cash…cash doesn’t expire. You should be able to use H-E-B gift cards on the website to pay for groceries.

Al pagar con la tarjeta visa y una tarjeta de PEBT no me permite terminar la transacción usando las dos solo me deja seleccionar una, y no puedo usar la tarjeta de PEBT en toda la compra porque algunos productos no califican

This use to be my favorite app but now when I search nothing comes up, and I know it’s not my internet connection.

Overall, it’s good. I use the curbside pickup a lot now and makes things more convenient. I only wish multiple people could add to the cart.

App is really easy to use very convenient. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is it needs the option to add additional number for pickup. Right now if my wife places the order on her phone she has to pick it up but sometimes I need to pick it up and the order it’s linked to my phone #. But still amazing app to have.

Ever order I've done is late on updating. I had to be on hold for an hour to find out why my order that was supposed to be ready at 9am was still showing not complete at 1pm. Turned out to be ready but it didn't send any new information. Half my items had to be substituted as well. It's not syncing with their inventory at all
