Very dissatisfied with this company how are you supposed to run a business when you get a low credit limit when some businesses have large amounts of product they are selling I’ve never had A dissatisfied customer with my own company. Never had any chargebacks and I will never go with this company again and I will never recommend anyone For the service and to get locked into a three-year contract which they never explained about and to have to write a letter to the company to terminate your contract after your three years. Hidden fees and contracts watch out.

M+Terminal is exactly what we needed to securely swipe credit cards. We love it's beautiful design and it's very easy to use. The recurring billing feature allows us the ability to generate more revenue for our business. The custom data fields and reporting blew us away. We are glad we found this solution and we have received tremendous support as well.

Changing from square to this has been such a bad idea. The only reason was I was told they charge less than square. 1) they don't tell you about the 36 month contract. And $495 to cancel it. 2) they bill you if you don't use it $55 bucks 3) your money is not on your account the next morning like they said. With square I got an email after each transaction, and every morning no later that 4 am letting me know my money was available. I'm so upset about this idk what to do to just cancel it with put paying bc my expectations were not met. I'm not happy at all and it's not fair that theid make me pay this!!!!

If your looking for swiper that's better than anyone out there the m+ is that the best. Glad I'm using it it with my business and would recommend to any business owner. Costumer Service has always been very helpful.

The application and function of the system works great. It is easy to use and instant notifications of problems is really an asset. Payment is a constant issue though. It is unclear to me whether it is a government issue or a bank issue, but as a company that regularly does larger transactions, I find that getting payment cumbersome and problematic. While the system works well, it is more suited for smaller retail applications and not for contractors of any stripe.
