Each time I try to read the full review, it crashes. Please fix, and I will review again. Update: Crash fixed. Thanks. Since I was not overly familiar with this guide, I was interested to see what types if reviews it gave. It was interesting to see how the movies were rated for morality. I was surprised that the reviews also were political. While I don't agree with the political views, I think the app does a pretty fair job of rating the movies for quality and content separately. A movie may get three stars while also getting a -4 rating for content. The written review I ready for one of these movies was very rightest. As long as you can read past this to gain an idea of the plot, the app isn't too bad.

I love reading the conservative christian bash of good movies. Usually the lower rate a movie on this app the more worthwhile.This app is great if you set the recommendation to 'abhorrent' and leave everything else open.

Could give more detail as to what language was used and how often. Also I haven't seen any review apps that review the drama or thrilling scenes in movies that make children's hearts race and ultimately freak out. Or reviews on sad scenes that would make kids cry. Put that in here and this app would be set apart!

My family and I have been using the Movieguide website four or five years now to get a heads up on the content of movies. There can be no legitimate argument that media in general and movies in particular influence our worldview and values. As a Christian parent I want to reinforce morals and values which will help my children to live a successful life. I also want to equip them to look critically at the media they consume for worldview messages. Movieguide's reviews equip us with information for this task. Thank you for making your reviews easier to access in this app.

I use this app weekly. It's really great since I have small children. Let's me know exactly what content is in movies i.e. violence, sex, language, nudity.

Thank God for Movie Guide. I am thrilled to find a rating and review guide that does not have an agenda or appears biased. I will continue to utilize Movie Guide and Movie Guide Lite and read "How To Make It In Hollywood And Not Lose Your Soul" by Ted Baer. Thank you for your contributions to society and God Bless!
