No matter what I entered it said I had a "special case" and should call them. Cool... Deleted.
New version stinks!!!

The old version could calculate pay off savings and you could alter when the extra payments would begin. The new version removed this function, it only calculates savings based on extra payments made through out the loan.
Great Mortgage PITI + PMI Calculator

Perfect app for calculating PITI monthly payments on single family homes or condominiums with HOA dues. Even automatically adds or subtracts PMI separately. Highly recommend!

I used to use the old version of this app all the time. The new version is not nearly as convenient.

Had the old version and hadn't used it in a while. Went to use it to see how fast I could pay off my house and saw mass confusion! First and foremost, THE MATH IS INCORRECT! Shouldn't that be step 1 in development of this kind of app? Secondly it's more difficult to understand than the older version. Garbage.
