Customer service didn’t get back to me on email. Message them many times in game and they just told me if your account was hack and you recover if send email to instead with details. Never got a reply back for 5 months now.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because the report system is a joke If someone reports you, you get punished wether you did something or you didn’t do something, or if you have one single bad game you get banned for it. What a joke

Game used to be my favorite. But they get so easily hacked. My account info was leaked and now all my accounts in game money and time I spent is lost . Someone was able to connect a 3rd party into my account without me noticing and now I can’t log back in . Be careful on spending money on here . A real sketchy game . And customer service here is so terrible.
