I’ve been playing this game for a while now. I never had a problem until I purchased another skin. The old skin I purchased is no longer available for me. When I message them about it, they told me that I only obtained a skin experience and not the skin itself. They said they verified which I don’t believe because if they do, they will see that I actually purchased the skin. So the money I use to purchase tha skin is now gone. I had that skin for almost a year already. So my suggestion to those who wanted to play this, better try LOL first. Same gaming experience. The match making for the game is also horrible. Once you lose your first game, expect to be on a losing streak. You cannot play with your friends who live far away because one of you will get a horrible connection.

Cheaters simply did whatever they want to ruin my game experience. Very short CD + abnormally high dmg is obviously unfair to any other player.

Rank system is trash if you are a solo player you will never progress cause all you get every game is four brain dead teammates and you will get queued against a full team of higher rank at times its ridiculous if i could give it negative 5 stars i would never download this garbage game you go and spend all this money on it and it isnt worth it!!!!!!’
The SUPPORT staff doesnt care about the game or its players.

I love the game itself, it is easily the game i invest most my time inti because i used to play so much League Of Legends, however you cannot have your cake and eat it too. Here the game is free, all champions but the champion Freya is free while skins and the like fund the game. This game is very free to play friendly, but is it worth an investment? Ive played this game endlessly for the past four months or so and im not toxic, dont cuss or anything. The game has a system in place that censors everything above and beyond making it so you might not even want to make friends in game. If you play safe and dont meet a certain standard of team participation then you get AFK punishment even if you play every second. If you have a profile pic that is safe for work, sometimes it still gets flagged as NSFW and gets taken down. If something doesnt come when you buy they will say check your inventory when things you buy dont go into your inventory and get activated immediately. You can share all the amount of pictures, explain and no one will help you. The issue is they have 100% faith in their game and the system in place that nothing wrong could ever happen, so they ignore and dismiss everything to reduce their workload. I have sent about 6, no less than 5 support tickets and not a single one has been successfully resolved. All have been closed in disappointment.

This game is all about MONEY no reasonable updates or balances. ESPECIALLY ON BRAWL WHEN YOURE ON A TEAM WITH GRANDMASTERS FACING MYTHICS !!!! TERRIBLE DONT DOWNLOAD

It seems like they hardly ever listen to any suggestions or any advice and they never get back to me. I’m starting to wonder if they are doing anything to help game balance. They never nerf the heroes they need to and they hardly ever buff a character. Also it’s so hard to get coins in this game if you don’t buy them so you can’t get the heroes you want unless you grind them out. I’m in the Legend rank and it just seems like this game is controlled by the meta characters. I like this game but they never listen to the customers and it’s hard to get coins to buy or upgrade anything don’t get this game
