Good design, but still doesn't work

Will not connect to my camera, even though the blue light is on the camera, which supposedly means that it's all connected with the app through the wifi. The app just keeps saying indeed to reset the wifi...

The app has been perfectly fine until the last update. It signed me out and crashes upon login now. When it works, it's a great app.

I love the camera and that I can monitor from phone. When the app works it's great. But half the time the app is crashing or not letting me log in or not connecting to the camera. It is very frustrating! Please make an app that works better!

This has worked great and then all of a sudden this afternoon it told me my username doesn't exist, when clearly it did an hour ago and all my info is still saved in there. My boyfriend who also uses my log in on his phone to check on our dog also received the same message. I even tried to re-register and it told me "registration success" and then right after "log in doesn't exist" please fix!!! My dog suffers from really bad separation anxiety and this was the only think that has worked and make me see that she is safe!!!

Since update, I am no longer able to access my cameras. I was logged out and every time I try to log in it states "user does not exist" I want someone from the support to contact me, I am using these for my business.

The new version of the app no longer works on iPad. I tried contacting customer support numerous times, they never responded to my emails. Bugs need to be fixed

Terrible. Freezes CONSTANTLY. Even restarting the app doesn't help.

I am getting very frustrated that the app doesn't stay connected to the camera. I have to "bind" it several times a a day. I got the camera so I could watch my dogs while I was at work and I can't do that if the app won't stay connected.
