The application has not been performing very well recently. I am using an iPad Pro and almost every time I open the app, the app freezes when I try to view an email. I was going to submit this feedback internally, but the help/feedback page within the app was not functional either. I like the interface of the app when it is working properly; but, right now, I am much more inclined to use Apple Mail.

Forced to use this steaming hot pile of garbage by our enterprise software. Not anywhere near as functional as the apple calendar and mail apps.

2 Days ago I could get into my computer just fine but I tried it yesterday and Microsoft had changed my computer login for some reason to its password, which I haven’t used in weeks and haven’t planned on using it again. So I try to reset it and how much information does this reset website need!? I have tried to reset it 15 times and “ there isn’t enough information given for us to prove it is you” like I didn’t tell you where I live in the first place why you gotta know now?!! So I’m currently locked out of my computer with no way to sign in.. if I could give 0 starts I know me and about more then half these reviews would.

Works well for access to my business email. Really wish it had two features: 1. Ability to set multiple alerts ahead of a calendar event instead of just one 2. Able to overlay multiple calendars from the iPhone calendars list for local viewing without having to add/configure them in my business Outlook profile

I am trying to contact support through outlook and i keep getting an error message not connected to network. I am not having problems with gmail or i cloud so what is going in with outlook. AND I HAVE THE MOST UPDATED APP VERSION

App crashing after 3.37.0 update

Title says it all. After updating 2 days ago to 3.37.0 I am unable to use the app. First it was just my inbox. A customer service rep told me to reset my email account and it made the issue worse by making it impossible to open the app. I’ve reinstalled the app and made sure my iPhone is up to date. Cannot do business work from my phone which is crucial for real time updates.

This is the worst email app ever on iPhone. First it was showing a notification like I had new email when I didn’t. Then, it wouldn’t show all of my email in my inbox. It was suggested that I delete the app and reinstall it. I did that, and now it won’t let me sign on at all. I’m done with this. The Outlook app goes in the Recycle Bin - and then gets permanently deleted!

I can’t believe how difficult it is to delete email. My gmail account I can select multiple emails and “batch delete” . These you must do one by one . Horrible .
