Good Not Amazing

First off, I enjoy the integration this app allows. I am able to access Outlook on PC, Mac, and iOS. Notoriously, this doesn’t happen often. With that in mind, this app is really only great for reading emails, and responding with one or two sentences. While the UI seems to be laid out very well, the actually functionality is annoying, to say the least.
Latest update crashes instantly

The latest update opens on my iPad and then instantly closes. It’s worse than useless. I don’t have any access to my emails now.
Horrible syncing

The syncing on this app is terrible. I get alert for meetings that have been canceled, things do not update unless you go into the app and physically refresh it. Messages that are read still show the push notification as if they were unread.
