Works great, but a new bug

davbran

Microsoft has stepped up their game with this app. It misses some fundamental features that it really needs, but that’s not the biggest issue. On iPhone X using iOS 11.2, if you lock your phone while using Outlook, you will go into an unlock loop using Face ID. It unlocks the phone but when you swipe up it tried to unlock Outlook and then the lock screen falls immediately. There are two work arounds. 1. Obviously lock your phone so you have to type in the pass code. 2. This is faster, swipe down the control panel and tap your calculator then you can swipe out. This isn’t a security hole, the phone itself is already unlocked it’s Outlook not resuming properly.

Search function

MsYang28

Latest update for iPhone app resulted in search inability to identity key words in body of email.

Not modern UI. Badge count does not work on iPad Pro

Kamin123

No dark mode to save battery and eyes. Badge count does not work no matter the settings or re-setting up and refreshing from scratch. Once was quick, but there is no current solution.

Sporadic sync at best

InfoFinn

Disappointed! Sync between PC (Win 10 office365 outlook), iPad (ios 11.1.2) and iphone (ios 11.1.2) works somewhat steadily for mail but not for calendar and messes up totally my contacts/people!!! The dev team has no idea how to sync international addresses... almost ready to offer help on testing... ( [=unretiring ;)]

I love my favorite Out Look

juliecoleman76

I love my iPhone X app. Thank you very much.

Personal pronoun I

2wacky

Very disappointed that the simple auto capitalization of the personal pronoun “i” to “I” is not a feature of this email client. A small but annoying thing. Outlook on Mac book pro works just fine but not on iPad Pro.

CAN’T SEARCH CALENDAR!?!?!?!?!?

JohnyJaknove

Come on, who makes a calendar app and doesn’t have “search” feature in it. This is bar far probably the worst calendar app ever. I wouldn’t be using it if I didn’t have to work purposes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS GROSS OVERSIGHT.

Does it's job

CaitlinElizabethStevens

I noticed my sub folders I have don't show up on the app--only desktop/laptop version. Fix that please

Generally very good but a few wrinkles

SinclairSpectrum

I use Outlook on my phone and iPad for personal email. I have been told by my company IT there is a security concern with the iOS version of Outlook and deny employees from young it for business. I also find that there are a few rough edges. Copying text can be painful as well as linking to other apps. That said I like the overall solution
