Doesn’t do anything anymore

This app opens, lets you put in your log in credentials, then never loads anything. I’m using the newest iPad Pro. This worked once upon a time.... what happened?
Limited Feature Set
The Razor
When it works it offers an extremely limited feature set. The features that are there often fail or crashes the app completely. Unfortunately I don’t get to experience the ‘usefulness’ of this app at all on iPad OS since it does not work.
Opens up to a blank screen

The app asks for my credentials then opens up to a screen with a white vertical bar taking up perhaps 20% of the left of the screen, with the rest of the screen being grey.
Completely useless not

Not sure what happened. This doesn’t even show anything now on iPAD. You open it, click credentials or login, and nothing at all is displayed on the screen. I used to use this app frequently, but now have to use the web interface until this is fixed.
Doesn’t work at all iPad OS 13.2

Crashes on startup. Deleted and reinstalled, sign in doesn’t complete, gives half grey half white screen, does nothing. It wasn’t that great for anything but the most basic tasks like adding users (couldn’t admin licensing though). Now completely useless. Microsoft’s mobile development team pretty much non-existent these days.
Under iOS 13.2, it just crashes at launch

Since at least the iOS 13.2 update (and i believe even before that) this app crashes right at launch in my iPhone 7. Prior to that, I used this app constantly, as it was a quick way to do a password reset or other basic functions when not at my desk.

This app works well for high-level administrative tasks. Unfortunately, the app fails to open at all ever so often (today), which is why I rated it 4 stars

I’ve been unable to use the app for over a month- every time I open it automatically closes immediately. I thought they would have fixed this by now - I am using an iPhone 8 that is all up to date as is the app.
