Just establish the desired training result - fat burning or muscle development - and Mi HR’ll accompany you during Your training, advising to increase or decrease the intensity. You’ll stay in a target heart rate zone and enjoy Your workout at the same time!
After the workout You can check the heart rate data in a separate graph in the MiHR app. This will help you to access the changes and draw useful for the following workouts conclusions.
We know that many sport fans track their activities and achievements with their favorite fitness trackers. Thinking about them we have added synchronization Mi Band 1s and Mi Band 2 with such fitness trackers, as Endomondo, Strava, Runtastic, Runkeeper and others.
In addition, Mi HR users can export their heart rate data into the Apple Health app.
Trying to make the application available to all users, we provided a free version of Mi HR with a 10-minute continuous heart rate measurement. When this time expired a user can always renew the measurement.
Just like Mi HR users, we’re improving every day adding new useful features to the app. We pay special attention to the Premium Members’ needs. They enjoy the possibility of unlimited continuous heart rate measuring. In addition to that they can wake up fresh and cheerful during the light sleep with the MiHR smart alarm feature (for the Mi Band 1s).
Long-term continuous heart rate measuring can significantly decrease battery life.
An application needs Xiaomi Mi Band 1s / Mi Band 2 to work.

Waste of money. Loses continuous heart rate connection. No need to use this app. Use the native mi band app. Repeated attempts to contact support. No answer. Finally received a copy pasta response to go to Apple for refund. Their app support on Apple just goes to their twitter...

I bought the Mi band 2 for many reasons but one was for the alarms. The one alert I wanted the most will not work on the mi fit app. It’s funny my wife has a iPhone 4s and her sms works but not email. I have a iPhone 8 with iOS 11.3 and mine works the opposite way. I see with the mi heart rate app you can only turn on sms alert if I buy it. So how can I be sure it will work if it doesn’t on other app? I would buy your app if I no for sure it will work. Can you help me fix this issue of no sms alerts? Thank you Dave

This app crashes immediately after opening. Do not waste your money as the app site REFUSES to help with this issue after many attempts to contact them. This app is very much needed to work with the device but unfortunately it does not!
