I started to rely on this app for training. Schedules but lately it always has data refresh issues when looking up schedules. Pretty useless now.

Works great. Like it better than onTime mnr. Schedules seem to be accurate. Never crashes. Plus it works with mta etix app so you can instantly buy tickets. ?

Your favorite rides don't ever stay memorized, and that's a pain.

It's a huge disappointment that Metro North has released an app that has the look and feel of an app by a novice programming student, and a non-commuter at that. To find schedules for leaving for the office and coming back from the city requires that you set up two trips. The Passenger app and OnTime app each has a button to just switch the stations. Checking for tomorrow's schedule? Good luck. That check can be done in the other two apps with just a few taps. It seems the app is trying to do a lot for MTA and Grand Central but the developer has forgotten that the main function should be to provide fast and easy to access train information for commuters. You'd think the outfit that runs the trains would make sure that their app is the best one for their customers.

Unfortunately like everything associated with Metro North, this app does not work properly. Lately it simply won't open at all, which makes it worthless.

The app can be a lot smarter by utilizing our location to allow the user to quickly review the schedules. I hate when I'm in a rush heading towards or at Grand Central and I have to manually select that I'm at Grand Central. It makes a difference in catching your train. Also the favorites section should be a favorite. Like most commuter I have a set train(s) that I take to and from work. Can you utilize the notification and let me know the track that my favorite train will be departing/arriving on or if it's running late? Also, it would be a great to create an Apple Watch app as well to allow the same suggested notifications. Please think like a commuter, we already had a long day.

MTA can't even get their own schedule right in the app. This app can't be trusted.

The UI is clunky, but that's not the main issue. The back end is absolutely terrible, constantly failing to refresh and load. It becomes unusable after a while.

What good is a train schedule you can't access? Don't waste your time. On Time and Right Track much better.
