3 updates into it this last week and your app still doesn’t work. Used to work flawlessly.

I only use it to check performance, and even that is next to impossible. This app feels like it was made by a small struggling company that can’t afford to do better. I’ve been using it for years now and it has not improved.
APP DOES NOT WORK!

I had an iPhone 6s and downloaded this app to manage my ads while I’m on the road for work. The app kept going to a white screen every time I opened it. So I figured it was just because my phone was old. I recently upgraded to the 10s. It worked for 2 days then it did the same thing it did with my other phone.
Can’t delete ads

I downloaded this app so that I could delete ads because the main Facebook app ad manager doesn’t let you delete ads either. The only way to delete ads is from a computer. This app does not allow you to delete ads. This is a MAJOR inconvenience as you can’t edit Instagram posts unless you delete the ad.

Nobody from Facebook tells you if you have a violation. They just disable your account and tell you your all done using paid ads. Crazy. Not user friendly at all, cannot talk to a human. You email or text, not good business practices. Could do much better.
please add the ability to add call to action button

please add call to action button on my iphone? it seems if your going to load a video for sale of a product or service >> your going to want to add a call to action button option i have to go to a lap top to do this - this is handy as you know many use there iphone/mobil for business. why have this app if you cannot ad a call to action button to ad. Also were is there a link to share an approved ad with a co worker? there is no share link with the the ad for the user/admin to share it with? ad goes out no share:-( please on iphone tell me where i know on post you have this i just go to page. but on mobil the ad does not show or have a link to see on that page? does this mean i duplicated ad and leave off the call of action button as on post with video i have not seen where as well. please fix app call of action thanks

I absolutely HATE the new layout of this app. It makes finding the information you need SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING. So much FAIL.

Was working great. Updated to the newest IOS and all I get is a white screen. Can’t track my ads. Can’t update. Can’t do anything. Just a blank white screen. Would be nice to monitor my campaigns when I’m away from my desktop

The ads manager on the desktop and the app are not in sync. I saved a draft on the desktop and it’s not saved in the app. Can they please co-operate with eachother. Everything on the app is so Limited ?
