The UI is messed up on the iphoneX. All the text is jumbled and unreadable. I’ll have to delete the app until you update it. Good idea...bad product.
There is an issue with the location feature. It is completely non functional for me unless I allow it to have access to my location always. Tried setting it to have access to my location only when using the app and it won’t allow this. Found the app to be pretty useless for that reason. I shouldn’t have to give constant location access to any app. If I am using the app, you can have my location, but I don’t need to be tracked 24/7.
I really like this Mass App. I live in Mass but work in NH, so it's nice that I can have a watched location over where I work while I'm home in Mass.
Why do I have to give the commonwealth my real time location to use this? Tried to save just my home and office address but it wouldn't let me continue without enabling location services. Big brother watches.
This is way too annoying, sends constant alerts, often out of date.
I downloaded this app earlier today to get updates on the blizzard. The local news reported that the travel ban was lifted about half an hour before I received the notification through the app. I'll wait a while to see if it's worth keeping.
It requries that locations services are always on, which drains batteries. No option to choose "while using this app". Makes this app useless to me.
The app itself does what it is supposed to do and can be quite useful. But the fact that it requires battery-draining ‘Location Services’ to be ‘always on’ is a drawback. I realize that for its ability to limit alerts only to your immediate location this may be necessary but I haven't seen an indication it uses a geofence approach to minimize GPS usage. Perhaps an option to provide alerts only to saved locations (allowing the user to turn off Location Services when at such a location) would be workable?
This app would be good if it didn't constantly use location services. It should have an option to add locations I'd like to receive alerts for, rather than constantly tracking my location or even geofencing.
