Disappointed

This app killed my battery after 4 miles without the gps even running. Only lasts 2.5 miles with the gps. I imagine it would be impossible to ever make it to 26 miles. Huge waste of money.

Yay and Nay

Nay: I'm also having problems with it running down my battery. Don't know how I'll ever make it through 26 miles. Yay: Love that it will change my music pace for the run walk! Love that! Nay: Can't skip ahead on the run walk… during a training run, I got behind the group at a bathroom stop and when I caught up, my app was off the run/walk and I couldn't skip it ahead to the next run section so I was running with the group with slow music in my headphones and walking to fast music! Ugh! Nay: can't figure out how to skip over workouts - - I started this several weeks into my training and can't figure out how to mark them as complete so I can get to the right place Nay: can't use my headphones to skip a song… have to get it out of my arm sleeve, turn it on, and skip a song if I'm not in the mood for that one. **I like my Runkeeper app better but I can't adjust the music there and don't have the run/walk/run commands. Wish I could combine both! Was really expensive and not sure it was worth so much.

Messed up?

I like this app it is helpful , but day 1&2 are 2.55 miles everyday for the whole marathon?? Is something wrong with it??

Liked the Run Keeper app better

I used the Jeff Galloway half marathon training plan on Run Keeper to train for my first and second half marathons and loved it. Now we are training for a full and Run Keeper mo longer has Galloway training plans, so I purchased this app instead. It is not nearly as intuitive as Run Keeper--it is harder to see your overall plan, the running playlists I already have on my phone do not synch well with this app, and I have to manually import my stats into Run Keeper, which is where I keep all my fitness data. Not sure I'll continue with this at all.

Love it

Did a couple of run walk classes and was getting ready to pay $150.00 for a new class to get me ready for a Marathon. This app 1. Slowed down my progress to a more injury free pace. 2. Used my own music as tempo for runs. 3. Had a good running schedule online. 5. Saved me my money and I can start running from home on my own schedule. Saved me time. It has been perfect for me so far and I am getting stronger as I slowly build up my miles. Note I use a Garmin watch and do not use the gps I simply put in my pace and the app auto calcs the time.

App Charge

I was charged $9.99 instead of advertised 1/2 off :(

Not worth it

The overall plan looks great, however the timer and voice feedback does not work when I put the phone in sleep mode. The only way for it to accurately give any feedback is if the screen is on and the app is the one on the screen. I wish I could demand my money back for this!!

Marathon, Here We Go

I'm so excited to move to this app once I'm done with the half-marathon. It's tough but Jeff's coaching and my music will get me here. I won't give up!

Don’t Waste Your $$

TheSleeper

The concept has merit but this app is only going to take your $$ and make you mad. If you don’t keep it in the foreground it won’t work right. The GPS implementation is not accurate. It consumes far too much of your battery. The plans are rigid and not that adaptable.

Not as impressive as i had hoped

I bought the app thinking I would enter my marathon date, and then it would back up and give me Training guidelines week by week based on the marathon date. I only ran with the app once. I needed a louder audio clue. I think I can play with the settings to get that Situated. But I haven't gone back to the app yet bc I'm more focused on getting my distances organized for each weekend. If I play with additional features I will update my review. The music feature seems cool! And probably worth $20.
