Worked fine for over a year, now this year I’ve had five walks where it just turns off and all my work isn’t recorded. So disappointing.

I really enjoy the app for tracking my walks. A few months ago, the automatic pause stopped working. That’s disappointing. Otherwise, it’s great!

Is THE BEST workout app. I use it to track all of my weekly walks, rides, runs, and workouts. I highly recommend it for the avid workout enthusiast

Is it my device? Don't know can't get in contact with the support team. Submit a ticket and we will get tinit when we can? This may be apple this may be UA, don't know because one day's not us and the other has zero way of contacting directly. Bottom line ever since the ios14 disaster the app refuses to collect heart rate data accurately. If I could get my money back I would. Apple says remove and rest the watch. That is never a fun time. Just wish UA would have a team I could contact directly.
