I used this app for several years with a lot of walks saved. New iPhone - no longer works. Ask for reset email. Never received despite multiple tries. Searched help page. Purports to allow you to contact support. Even specifies info to send. Then sends canned responses. Don’t trust this app to protect your data after all those walks or to get help. I really liked the app
Ok but accuracy questionable

Easy to use any feedback is good. However it has issues with gps tracking of my runs. At times it show my path having significant differences to my actual run; random from one run to the next.

My complaint is sometimes it stops during the workout and seems to be when I take pictures on my hikes.

I have very few apps on my phone but this is one of them. It’s easy to use and accurate. But the reason I like it is the way it makes me feel to see actual documentation of all the hard work and all the miles that I’ve walked. And best of all it is free!

I have used this app for 8 or 9 years. I love it. I don’t do any outside cardio without it. One glitch that Under Armor just doesn’t understand. We use the MOBILE app the most! Having to log into my desktop computer to get YEARLY mile total is annoying. It’s the one of the only reasons I have a desktop computer. Why can’t I track my yearly miles on the app? This is a crazy omission by UA! Fix and I will give 5 stars.

Very disappointed that this app with no longer be updated. i have been using for years and I had many hikes logged out in. Now that data won’t transfer to MapMyWalk. Why not give the transfer option. Frustrating. I loved the app though!
Works most of the time

Frustrated because after the last “update” most of my walk data disappeared. I walk every day. I’d like to have a record of that. But now I don’t. Will be finding a new app for next year.
