app always stops on accident with no warning and logs incorrectly. which i do t realize until end of run when too late.
One improvement suggestions.

One thing that I wish the app did was upload your photo along with your status to Facebook.It would also be nice if it tells you when you’re at a 5K distance ect. as opposed to simply your mileage, And maybe a banner or icon saying you completed said K distance would be nice.

Hi everyone! I really wanted to like this app. The social media features that allow you to encourage your MapMyRun friends are really a great addition. Unfortunately, every time I write the developer for help fixing a bug, they either send back an auto-reply that gives generic solutions to problems I’m not having or, I’ll get a reply email from a person who didn’t bother to fully read my write up and leave me with solutions that don’t address my issue at all. In this case, the app won’t track stair or treadmill workouts while you watch YouTube, Netflix or other entertainment. Total buzzkill. I hope this helps you! -Angel

Nice because you can edit how frequently you get updates on your pace (change by length interval). Seems to be pretty accurate. Does get confused on smaller indoor tracks but overall a solid app.

Been using this app for running since August. The MVP upgrade is well worth it at $30 a year if you are interested in having the app create a plan for you to follow. Whether it is training for a certain distance of training for a certain time it works great. Would highly recommend to anyone. The stats are customizable, it syncs well with heart rate watches and such and the distance, speed and pace measuring is extremely accurate from what I can tell. The app is very heavily branded with Under Armour but if your ok with that it's nothing to keep someone away from it. I personally like Under Armour stuff so I don't mind it. The community is rather large as well and there are always challenges you can sight up for for free. Highly recommended for a free running app and behind the paywall it gets even better!

Wish I could always remember to turn it on when I start. Seems like I am quite a bit of the way through my walk before I remember. What I often do is to turn it on when I reach the point where I turn around. I wish there were some way to input that the actual walk was 2X what was recorded.

“Updates” consistently reduce free features and increase ad intrusiveness.
