I really like making some make up in this game, but when there’s an ad and when it ends, it froze the game. I tried pressing closed but nothing. Please try to fix it. Thank you

When you first hit play it goes straight to an ad. The ad then freezes the game. Tried multiple times. I am deleting this game.
