No instructions on how to get past Mode 1

There’s no instructions at all. I have finished mode 1, and played until I got 3 stars on each level. I thought this would advance me to Mode 2, but it hasn’t. I have sent two emails to the email address listed for support and no response at all. I spent money to get rid of the annoying ads, and can’t play the full game! It’s a fun game, but don’t plan on getting to play all the levels they claim to have. I got to play 120 games, 1 level. Description of the game says 3 modes, and thousands of levels. False advertising!

I can’t figure this out...I click on the tiles and the whole game disappears...how do you match the tiles? Every other Majong game I’ve played you just have to tap on the matching tiles...can someone explain who says this is fun on how you match the tiles? Thanks

I can barely see which ones to match the graphics need a super serious adjustment. If I take a split second to look around all of a sudden I kept getting redirected to use a booster with no way to exit out as if I was stuck when I wasn’t. Your graphics is a mess on top of that you force me to use a booster I don’t want to use when I take a split second to look around is not entertaining! As long as I complete the level before time run out I don’t need you forcing me to use boosters if I don’t want to and interrupting the game to do so is a complete turn off. ???
