I had every level of the dogs on this game, then I updated the app and it deleted all of my progress. There is no way to retrieve the progress.... so guess I’m starting over

Why its start my game for new?.

I pass 43 level and then when I back game that star new level again and this looses all money :/ Scam :(

I was on level 20 and when I opened my app today it started me from level 1!! Lost all my $$, deleting this app and never playing again!

I have been playing Lucky Pets for four or five days now. Very into it, so cute and I’d already racked up $2. I updated this morning and my entire game has reset itself. I feel like my time was scammed from me. If you enjoy lucky pets don’t take the risk and update.

I had played this game for a while now and I got my dog stamp to level 26. When I went to go into the game later it reset my game, and I had to start at the at very beginning all over again. This isn’t the first time this happen to me. The first time I didn’t think to much of it, just an error. But this now happen three times. I’m not happy about it. I think the game is really fun but I don’t like the fact it seems like every once in a while I have to come back to my game being rest. ?

I’ve been playing for about a week. I was just over $2 in rewards. This morning, when I logged in, it was like I’ve never played before! Back at level 1 with no money in the bank! SCAM and and waste of time.

Yesterday when I stopped playing I was at high level in the 20’s and today I go to play it and it has me at a level three! Not only that but it totally got rid of most of my points. I had been playing this for a few weeks but guess it’s set so if you get to a certain point it resets everything on you. Definitely not happy and don’t recommend wasting your time!

I just logged in and all my levels etc has disappeared, what is going on. I played yesterday and was on level 33. Now it has me starting all over with level 1.
