So helpful
foodsnob4

This app is so helpful! My only complaint is that some food items are not on the list.

Great app!

Just giving 4 stars because a lot of sea food is not documented, but I imagine will be on its way. I have not tried entering my tolerance levels yet.

Easy to use
tlmahoney

I find this app really easy to use. I use it every day to check on food items. It makes the FODMAP diet a lot easier.

Super helpful but with potential for enhancement
figuringthisout

Love this app as a quick reference - I’ve already started to nail down how to adjust my diet to avoid triggering my stomach issues. There are a couple of potential enhancements I can think of that would merit this 5-stars though. First, I wish there were more ingredients listed since sometimes I want to look up something I see on a label, but 90% of the time the app has what I’m looking for. Second, I wish I could tag a food/ingredient into a “good” and “bad” bucket to help me track what I’m finding as an irritant and what I’m not.

Great app

An amazing app for ibs sufferers

FODMAP app is a lifesaver

For unknown reasons I developed “adult-onset-allergies” to dozens of foods, vegetation, etc. From getting allergy shots to developing SIBO (small intestinal hydrogen issues) my ability to eat anything has become so complicated! All my life I’ve rarely eaten anything “processed” or sugar (only Stevia and fresh meats, veggies & fruit). This APP” has become my guide from just shopping in supermarkets to dining in restaurants. I just returned from Europe where restaurateurs - and waiters - are totally in tune with ingredients and happy to help. It’s getting a bit better here, but is still slow to catch up. When in doubt, CHECK THIS APP! Right at the table or in the market. It’s saved me physical pain from digestive issues and sleepless nights.

Pretty comprehensive app

I’ve been test driving a few apps and this one is my go to!

It’s by the meal
monke6060

The restrictions are per meal not per day. The ap should say that explaining better how to use it! That’s why. 4 stars.

Better app than Monash University and free
Susanbib

Monash does not touch this awesome app with a complete accurate list. I had this one first then so many recommended Monash. Don’t waste your money. This is better.

Needed work & developer listened
PipperH

Developer improved scrolling. Upper right provides options for searching - advise using it. Hey developer, if you make the choice in upper right bolder, people will notice it more readily. Your improvement works well. Thanks.
