I tried to purchase a number of 4.99$ after hours of loading it only debited my money from iTunes n they don’t assign the number for me they only put the money inside the account as credit I tried to purchase another number with the credit but it won’t let me because it will be loading for hours without confirming the purchase..please return my money back to my iTunes balance

I tried this a few times. Never has issues till now. Rip off! I went to purchase one number for 1.99 Later I tried to purchase a second number for 1.99 but a box popped up saying it was unable to process the purchase and it made my cell freeze up that I had a hard time turning my cell off to exit the app. Now I see it over charged me 18.99 for a number I never got!!! Rip off and I emailed them. I sent in and called them to not get a response!!!!
