I have had an ongoing issue since the 23rd of March. I have a ticket open & I’ve asked them 4times to reply & I’ve gotten no response. It is a pay to play if you want to be competitive. But I think that’s understood. Just fix my problem and I’ll up my rating.

I bought a in app purchase and it charged me so I get out and see my diamonds stayed the same after I bought $20 worth of diamonds

Al principio es interesante pero segun avanza necesitas mas moneda, gemas.. etc para evolucionar” y jugando “correctamente” nunca vas a conseguir tal cantidad de monedas, gemas para lograrlo a no ser que gaste tu dinero real y es mucho. Ademas el horario para poder conseguir los objetos es absurdo puesto que algunos estudiamos, trabajamos ollevamos una vida social aceptable y no podemos jugar entones se pierde la oprtunidad de adquirirlos puesto que esta sujeto a un horario dispuesto por los desarrolladores del juego, en verdad almprincipio parecia excelente pero a medida que avanza es imposible jugarlo “legalmente”.

For all of the following reasons! 1. Support Center was extremely broken. 2. You can only have 1 character. 3. Server dead (nothing shows up in the chat). 4. Graphic change in Settings is broken (turn it up and it will automatically go back down). 5. Why even bother to make the extension pack optional when it doesn’t cost anything? Just make it a required part of the game! 6. Why make extra classes when no one can use them because you can only have one character per account?

This game is indeed addicting. But in a bad way. They are dying. One of the rarest hard to earn(other than spilling your wallet) is now currently for sale for $8000 US Currency. Your all’s support team is the worst. Never respond in the “2-3business days” and your mods are 2 faced. Most of them anyway giving the same generic responses and false hope while they receive 50k diamonds weekly($500 in in game currency). I’ve been playing for 2 years already and the game was good at its prime. But your methods to now begging others to pay has killed the game. There is no way to get back up from this. The only way would only lead to pissing off vip15s who spend thousands of dollars on some pixels in your screen that give you some numbers representing stats. I’m sorry for those who continue spending insane cash and don’t see the game is about to crash. If anyone reads this thinking of or currently spending on this game. Please stop. Use your money to go out in the real world. Enjoy yourself. Spending the whole day inside in this game isn’t a good day. They are constantly adding new features that only add new bugs. There are bugs which have been there way back since and they don’t care. They don’t listen to their very own players. WHO PAY THEM. Y’all are falling now. Your very own greediness brought your downfall. Thanks for the 1 year of fun tho. Could’ve lasted.

It’s one of my favorite games and the bosses are actually pretty thought out. I love the games fight bases as they are simple and easy to use. Some notifications that you get in armor and pet sections glitch a bit, but are easily fixed by exiting and reopening the app.

Rarely get what you pay for

I bought the premium retrieve and the subscription and they charged me for both but I don’t get either of the benefits. This isn’t a bad game but when you purchase something it rarely shows up and there is no way to contact the devs easily or restore purchases so you’re basically just screwed. If they fix that t would be a much better game.
