My app glitched (the only app to do so on my phone) and because Of it I lost some progress and free outfits for finishing challenges. I contacted support and they advised they fixed it but they did not. I spoke to another representative and they told me “we do not see on our side that there was a glitch and because of that we will not help.” I feel like as a customer that they should do more research and help me, but they refuse.

To be completely honest, this game is so fun. But i just don’t understand why clothing is so expensive ?. i understand the app needs money.. but why make a piece of clothing cost 10-200 stars! i just want us broke A-lists to be understood?

Lately Glu has been nothing but money hungry. From the new sys tiers to the new diamond boxes filled with mostly dyes for most players. Literally opened 3 boxes two had dye and the other hair...went to collect my prizes just to notice the rest of the boxes are filled with dyes also. What a complete joke, rip off abs scam glu is pulling.

I love this game; I play almost everyday. There are a few things I would change, though. For instance, I don’t like how you lose hundreds of thousands of fans when your enemy posts something bad about you. All the hours you put into getting those fans are literally all wasted and gone in a second. I won one dance off against my enemy (I’m an A-List Celebrity btw) and when she tweeted about me, I lost 700,000 fans and dropped down two places.

The game is fun and interesting. I love dressing up the avatar in all the cute stuff but it’s so frustrating because they either cost Kstars which are hard to get or just really expensive in general with how much my avatar is getting paid. It’s also so hard to get anything done with how long it takes for energy to replenish...I have so many 8hr events that take forever to do because I can’t be on my phone all day and that wouldn’t bother me that much if I didn’t lose progress! I just wish there was more options for people who aren’t willing to put their actual money into a game.

This game is EXTREMELY money hungry. I got over how expensive the clothes are. I refuse to pay to play because I’m a 90s baby and we’re used to working hard to beat games. But this most recent challenge “keep the cameras rolling” just jipped me out of my prizes. I’ve earned my tokens and they opened my prizes for me. I didn’t receive any of them. They are checked as if I received them. I’m tired of the events taking soo long and the energy amounting to nothing. I appreciate how the surroundings provide money and energy but da’m. Honestly I just wanna be compensated for the loss I just had on shooting episodes and didn’t receive my gift.
