I started using this before the stay at home plan was a thing and loved it. After going to a Crossfit box for a few years it closed and I joined a local gym. The gym had most of the equipment to still complete WODs but I was missing the programming. I started Keelo and it is amazing. If you are the type that likes to train independent this is the app to use. You can save profiles like “home” or “gym” to adjust for available equipment. And now that I am only using my garage gym it has saved my butt. Also it really helps you determine what equipment you want to have at home based on workouts and if you have nothing at all you can set it up for just body weight. Best workout app I have used.

This is the ideal app for anyone who needs a clear cut workout plan.

This is the little app that can!!! Amazing support like none other. Real people there to support you and help you push yourself to improved fitness. I’ve been using this app consistently now for about 18 months and I absolutely love it! The videos are great to help show me how (or refresh my my memory) to perform movements. I also like to use them as a refresher to ensure I’m using correct form. I love that it tracks all my fitness so that I can see my improvement/progress and also take note if I’ve hit a slump to help encourage me to push myself more.

I really enjoy the Keelo app. The progression of workouts that are catered to you is spot on. I started with no equipment and the workouts were still challenging and fulfilling. Now I’ve been able to acquire some kettlebells and can let the app know and it now caters new workouts to the equipment I have. I’m a big fan of Keelo!

Overall it does what I want it to do. Has strength side, HIIT or CrossFit type side. Videos are helpful. I’d probably like to see a run/row/air bike conversion.

After four years, I still have to rate this five stars. I am continually impressed with how the app is always being improved. All my customer support experiences have been positive. They respond promptly and provide the appropriate answer or assistance. This is a great workout app and was my first taste of Cross Fit. The videos are extremely helpful at breaking down the movements. They clearly value user input and try to improve the app based on those suggestions and needs. The annual premium membership is a great deal! The only thing I wish is that I could log workouts done outside the app in order to account for my recovery and, therefore, allow my recommendations to adjust based upon that workout.

Had the app for a couple weeks and the programming isn’t bad. Since I can program myself, I would like to use the app for tracking but it won’t let me go in and view my lifts for posterity. It also doesn’t take your equipment specificity into account so if you have a basic Rogue set without a dozen of each weight some of the intervals have you completely unloading the bar to go up 20 lbs. It’s 2020, certainly if you can ask if I have an Airbike you can take into account what weights I have and arrange the weight intervals accordingly. Otherwise I will not renew. Oh, and I’ve already written the trainer to ask for equipment substitutes and heard no answer so you get an “F” for that too.
