Please make filters and hiding sync between web and app, or at least a way to do both on the app too separately. Also maybe a way to get notification for new questions being posted (and even better by category independently) not just priority inbox notifications.

This is the scam of scams. I wanted to get an answer for my question, i signed up for a trial ( 5$/ 7 days) I asked a question, and they came back to me in 6 hours, even tho they told me the expert will be with you shortly in 30 minutes. Well, thats fine, 6 hours is not that bad but what is is that they asked me 3-4 more questions to which i replied to and then just CLOSED THE QUESTION! WITHOUT ANY ACTION! Next day I decided to ask the same question but they were asking for 36$ in order for them to connect me to the “ expert”

I used this app once in August. and It charged me 1$ for what they said was a one time payment for one answer and that was fine, they took about an hour to get back to me and the answer wasn’t even helpful so I just moved on with my life. But here I am 2 months later getting charged 50$!!! It never once said it would put me in a monthly membership of 50$! I called the customer service number provided to see what this was about, they weren’t very helpful. And honestly they seemed to be reading a script. I just wanted my money back since I used the website one time 2 months ago, and didn’t even get a helpful answer.

I am not sure why this app has no many false and deceitful ratings with people using words like “scam”. These false ratings should be eliminated immediately. This app is for use by the consultants who answer questions on behalf of JustAnswer. Anyone else who is not a consultant is unable to use the app. This app works and it works very well. Customers, meaning people who purchase the JustAnswer monthly subscription for $59/month have a totally different app they are supposed to use. Anyone who calls this service a scam is clearly lying. I am a JustAnswer customer AND a consultant and I can tell you there is nowhere else you will be able to pay between $1 and $5 for a 7 day trial membership to get questions answered by a wide array of certified and credentialed experts. Normally lawyers charge $200/hour, IT Help is $120/hour but you get it all at JustAnswer for a $59/month subscription after the free trial period. You also have the option to purchase premium service so you can talk to someone directly or have a technician remotely connect to your computer for additional per-service engagement fees. Again all far lower than normal $100++/hr costs you would pay for legal advice or for IT Help, etc.

Waste of time and money . These people took $46 dollars out of my account without warning me . The only email I received from them was about a membership . However , the people on this app knew the right answer just to say . Then they tell you you can’t get a refund but yet still take your money without giving you a warning . I highly recommend calling your own personal doctor instead of paying almost $50 to asking someone online . Edit : They took 3 payments of $46 which add up to $138 once again they didn’t send me a email or nothing to verify me .
