WHY CAN’T I LOAD MY GAME ??? I updated and closed any apps running in the background. My other games open with no issue ! I’ve been playing quite a while and would prefer not to lose my progress. I really like this game a lot. I want it back.

Update: Thanks so much for restoring my game, progress, and purchases? ——————————- I was on Level 220, and the game deleted my island and made me start over at Level 1. Just spent $20 for compasses. Please restore. Thanks for addressing the problem. ———- The algorithm has returned to make the game impossible to get compasses and the Help Wanted section no longer matches the play options. It was great for a couple of weeks, but yesterday, the glitches returned. I can’t play like this...please address. Thanks, UPDATE: Best customer service of any game! If there’s a problem or glitch, let them know and they fix it...every time. Thanks for fixing the bugs, really love this game! Level 99, “Summer Parlor,” makes me feel dizzy and lightheaded - it requires that we search from an aerial view and the room is at an odd angle. —————- Hello, In the Help Wanted, it says you can earn rewards by “spending 4000 coins on Seasonal Sets.” The last Season Set expired yesterday. There are no Seasonal Sets available for purchase - so please fix and remove from the Help Wanted category, as it is also under the category that earns the MOST rewards. ALSO... The option to refresh the Help Wanted categories have been disabled since yesterday. Otherwise, I would have refreshed/changed the “Spend 4000 coins on Seasonal Sets,” to an attainable option. It did the same thing yesterday. These glitches are costly and I’m not comfortable spending money until fixed.

Certain ads just show “loading a video” which can be heard but is stuck on it without any other options. Even cancel won’t work. Otherwise, my go to game.

Bugs in the system

Up until recently I would’ve given this game a higher rating but lately when I try to view an ad (and there are times when you have to view the video to progress) the game locks...today it has been locked up since since 7 AM and it is now 5:00...tech support is aware and gave 40 gems as compensation but it is still annoying...other than that it is a fun game with good graphics...

The ads seemed to not freeze for a couple days, now they’re back to freezing every single time again. I’ve checked everything you recommend, I’ve sent a message through the game to the help center and nothing has been resolved. I did it all-I’m even connected through FB. Would really love an update sent out to fix the game. Maybe it’s time to look for a different game...
