A really good game but I have some questions.

I love the game, it’s really fun and simplistic. My questions are though is this a horror game? Are the glitches supposed to be apart of the game or are they glitches in the coding for the app?

I love the game but I am stuck on it keeps restarting shift 1 and confused. If I can have help that would b great!
Good idea, inconsistent gameplay

So this concept is really interesting, and it’s fairly well executed. The problem is in the question & answers. One example is when you were presented with somebody who was bitten by a snake. You’re shown a picture that is not visible because it’s too small and they ask is it poisonous? Your only options are yes it’s a rattlesnake or no it’s not poisonous. You have no way of determining what the right answer is but have to guess anyway. That is a good example of how many of these scenarios go —it’s just too random and doesn’t have any real world problem solving applied to it so it’s really just a guessing game
A bug has ruined my enjoyment

I loved everything about my first playthrough, especially as a person who works in crisis intervention. I was looking forward to the next go-round with my new skills. However, even after unlocking the Morse Code skill, when that call came up, it was still encoded. I tried everything I could to “use” my skill, but with no luck. Walkthroughs indicate you should simply be able to read it, and at least one other review here mentions this problem, so I have to guess it’s a bug. If it gets fixed, I’ll look forward to delving further into this game. Otherwise, I guess I’m finished.
Great game but with what might be a bug/glitch

Hey, this game is really good, but when I finished the first shift and it told me to go back with all of my skills intact, they weren’t and when I did a third time to see if it would be fixed, it only let me finish the first call with the birthday party and the manager interruption, but it just goes back to the loading screen after. I don’t know if this is a bug or something, I hope that you see this.
Fun games but still has a few bugs

I’ve enjoyed the game so much. There are a couple of bugs that aren’t a part of the game. One is that the screen will blank out while the answer options will still appear, so you don’t know what you are responding to. The second is after finishing all skills and you’re on another play through, it won’t recognize that the skill is already earned and won’t open that conversation path. It’s too bad too because the majority of fun here is finding those new branches. The third fixed itself but was annoying. After I finished all skills and the game returned to the first call, it would reset to the first call after finishing the first call (after 3 times in a row I simply turned it off). The next day I picked it up and it gave me the next call. I recommend it for one play through, or until you get all skills, but beyond that it won't let you you into the rest of the game.

This app was SO great up until I finished shift one, and now I have to keep replaying the simulation scene and reviewing the first aid skill over and over and over again. I don’t even get to replay the shift because I’m stuck in the tutorial!
