Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

I walked to the register where the associate was ringing another customer and started ringing both at one time. She totaled mine before I could give her my associate/gold card so she got mad and had to do it over, then totaled it again before I could get the 25% Coupon on my phone , she said there wasn’t one, YES THERE WAS IT WAS ON YOUR APP SITE, on my email and news paper. She refused to look at my phone to help. I said I was going to notify the company. She said fine and walked off. The other customer had an error on hers to but the girl just walked off. When we get back in the states I will mail a copy as I want my coupons 25% off It was an extremely sour shopping experience Right now out of country
I put an item in my cart that showed up as out of stock in the cart. I then couldn’t delete it and therefor couldn’t complete my order either. So the app— for online shopping is stuck with an unavailable item a zone. I called for help and a very nice lady took my order as a catalog order. She was patient and very nice, but couldn’t help me fix the problem. The only solution I can figure is to delete the app and try to start over. My Kohl’s app is staring at me all hopeful and capable. I love JCP, but then...
Ap is great until I try to add coupons to my wallet! It doesn’t work...says coupon not found. Won’t let me scan and I even tried manually putting in codes.
I really liked the shopping aspect of the app, hence the 2 stars, but when trying to check out, it wouldn’t allow me to load rewards, my JCP card was not stored as in the website nor was my password; it actually asked for a new password. Very frustrating that the app does not appear synced with the website. Ugh.
J.C. Penny’s is always “ my back to school” shopping! We find jeans, shirts, belts, shoes and even socks! Great prices on everything you need for school!

I have just downloaded this app a couple of days ago and I had no problems signing in and actually finding what I wanted to buy and placing my order. The problem started when I went to check the status of my most recent order and that of previous ones. Each time I tap on Orders in the main menu, the app crashes and I’m sent to the main screen of my phone. Very frustrating.
