I wish I could use downloaded or purchased songs as ring tones.

It is not fair that the music store cuts off any material that is from a downloaded personal library. I am old, retired and have hundreds of CDs a lot of which I downloaded to my library, only to find that the songs have been abbreviated. Thanks for listening. To the Whole Thing.
DJ that can’t get previous purchases in time for wedding

Every time I buy a new device it takes weeks of contacting customer support and hours at a time with customer support. I feel bad for these call center people cause there supervisors are so dismissive. Anytime I get a new device I only get half or none of my songs and I’ve made thousands of dollars worth of purchases to use for events. I’m in too deep now but a warning to those who use this method for djing
