A lot of running in the background

Haven’t opened the app in the last 2 weeks, yet it’s one of the apps that consumed the most battery. Always doing work in the background. Unsure what data the app is collecting and what for it’s doing it

I've successfully connected using this app on united and delta maybe once out of every 10 flights.

I am very unhappy with this app. I cannot use it in any of the hotels I stay in and have to disconnect the app in order to get on to a hotels wifi. Same on the airlines, I have never been able to use it!! Disappointed for sure.

What a horrible app. My company subscribed so we get free Wi-Fi when traveling. When it works, it’s awesome. However this most recent upgrade seems like it wasn’t tested at all. Each time I tried to connect when I’d joined the airplane Wi-Fi, the app crashed. No way to use it to Authenticate. These guys need a serious upgrade to their engineering teams because unfortunately, this happens all the time with releases from them.
Doesn’t work on iPhone

The application works fine on my laptop but stopped working 2 months ago on the iPhone. I contacted help multiple times and even though they respond their advice is that my username / password doesn’t work but how can that be when the same credentials work on my laptop. Definitely a buggy app with lots of issues.

All it does is start booting the crashes. Tried multiple time to no avail. Save your time and Skip it!

I travel extensively and it is more trouble than it is worth. If my company gave me options, this would not be one I would pick!

Way too often it disconnects me from WiFi networks that do have internet, but iPass makes me use mobile data instead. I'm 100% sure the networks have internet because this doesn't happen on my other devices. Having iPass installed is a step back towards connectivity. I'll use their weblogin instead until is reliable to use their app.
Not on Delta

I have an account through my company and fly Delta frequently. This app never works and support is non-existent.
