I emailed customer service twice no response. Went to support page you have to weed through the other apps they sell to get to this one. These are either paid reviews or in-house.

Awful and unusable

This app freezes constantly and lags a lot. This makes it entirely unusable for me. I cannot make invoices or take inventory accurately because the app won't work when I need it to. Too slow and constantly freezing. The customer service is also horrible and doesn't answer.

I'm so tired of purchasing poorly designed applications, that offer little to no technical support. Hint: Offer a free trial version (that can be found) or a mechanism for a refund!! A simple Excel spreadsheet has more functionality than this app...including customization. I should have just built this in Excel for iPad, & not worry about compatibility, future updates/ features...etc. You guys are putting yourselves out of business by offering crappy products. The consumer is then forced to find another solution (or develop their own) once you have our cash. Now, I wish that I had the option to block ALL apps made by an offending development company! #junkWare #delete

My friend who runs a small business recommended me this app to start my own one. This is a very helpful thing. It records all purchases and sales and helps to control finances. Worthy and cheap!
