this app states that ios 12 or later is compatible but my iphone 6 , ios 12.5 can save the video but will not play the video when it’s on my lock screen or home screen.

It’s pretty good even using it’s free plan since although limited you can still make Live Photo’s for your phone and I currently use an iPhone 7, it works greatly
