The app allows you to invite one or any number of friends in 3 easy steps, once you have created your own individual profile all you have to do is:
1. Create event for now or later
2. Enter event details – Event name, Short Description, Location, Time, Date and Photo.
3. Choose who to invite and hit send
Events can be created for ‘Instevent friends only’, ‘friends of friends’ or ‘public events’. This means your invite can be as small as a one-on-one catch up to as big as a marketing company promoting a music festival.
Instevent also allows you to invite friends from Facebook, contacts from your phone and also by using a person’s username. From there you can create groups such as ‘friends’ ‘work colleagues’ or ‘University group’ to quickly send invites to all people in the group. This makes the app perfect for sports teams organising games or practices, or a work place getting the team together for work meetings.
The host of the event can edit events, add more people later, and even send event reminders to all those attendees.
