Could not even log into the app while we were at the restaurant and it was time to pay. Logged in from the computer after we got home. The gift card shows as redeemed, but no history is available, and we believe there was a significant balance. Do not trust this app at all.
Truly awful. When I came to redeem the $100 egift card by following the steps to enter the code into the app, I got the message, “Sorry, that certificate is already in your account.” However, it was a brand new account, just downloaded from app store, and the account balance still said $0. To test it out, my wife tried the same steps on her phone ... new app install, new account (with her details), but same $100 certificate code. Low and behold, she got the same message, telling her it was already in HER account. I call B/S
