I previously bought the imindmap mobile pro app for my iphone and was only somewhat impressed but the feature set of this new free version blows the previous one away. Can't wait to see how well this looks and runs on my macbook pro. I already use mindjet mindmanager exclusively for small business and organizational purposes but this program I will use exclusively for creative thinking purposes because of its great sharp and crisp organic look and feel.

This app would be great for people that are visual learners. It is too busy and artsy for my tastes. Also, it requires a bit of learning to figure out how to use it. It has some great templates to help you get started. I couldn't figure out how to export or email in either pdf or anything I could import into my Freemind desktop app… so, I'll be using MindJet. (which doesn't look as amazing as this app does)
Amazing Project Management or Class Notes!

I've been an iMindMap user for about two years. I just subscribed to Freedom. What an amazing tool for project management or for taking notes in class. I have mind maps of courses I took two years ago. I can go back to the mind map, and it's like sitting in class again! We're using mind mapping at work right now to develop a thorough business plan! This is one of the most amazing tools I've EVER found!
Total rip off compared to competition

Having been a long term Imindmap user, I am so happy that I bothered to have a look at the competition. Imindmap fleeces its' customers at every turn. Next feature will be charging for spelling mistakes and calling it in app purchases. Lol thank goodness for the comparative abilities of the Internet. Try Mindjet or any of the cheaper, simpler alternatives.
