App freezes and crashes, over and over. I am unable to use it for longer than 5 seconds.

How can an app be this bad?

It’s basically unusable. Freezes every half a scroll. Lose your place, close app, open app, scroll a few seconds, app freezes.

Ads. Malware. Crashing. Heats phone to burn point. Drains the battery. Eats data in the background. Not worth it anymore. Update: now more ads than content. Every third or fourth swipe. Full screen ad. Permanent banner ad at bottom too. Off to Reddit we go. Wheee.

Corrupt mods, corrupt staff; protect each other and abusive users. Mods abuse power, act puritanical, mute and ban users for mildly suggestive/distasteful/crude comments, but lets literal porn get upvoted to the front page.

Bad update right before holiday

I don’t know why this got updated right before the Christmas holiday weekend, but gifs are super broken. I just see colored boxes and have to trial and error. But if I press the wrong box, it crashes the app. It impacted other things too, even usersub. Please never do an update before a holiday weekend again. Just wait until there is support in the office.

Not much that’s funny, political trolls are taking over and if you go against the narrative you will have your comments removed, also cross platform ad tracking even though it states in the App Store that they don’t do this. Apple should look into this.

This used to be an amazing app with a great range of images and videos to sort through, but in the past year or so (even more the past few months), the moderation has become insane and outright pointless. They allow things that go against their terms of use and other things that are entirely acceptable get removed. It’s all based on the subjective opinion of the moderators with no accountability on their end. On top of that, the most recent updates to the app render it almost unusable and plagued by intrusive ads. In short: don’t bother with this app.

When I try and upload a photo it only gives me one random photo to upload from my camera roll some kind of weird bug but I’ve deleted and reinstalled but the app is a broken piece of crap!
