Nothing like it once was!!!!!!! Be careful

When I first joined Imgur 90% of the posts were funny or up-lifting. Now it feels like it’s 70 political nonsense that is so far to one side, see for yourself which. The comments are just as bad! Still get lucky and find some funny stuff from time-to-time but starting to wonder if it’s worth dealing with all the political/social justice garbage that has become too ridiculous. Thanks for the good times while they lasted Imgur… maybe someday they’ll come back, but I don’t see them making that happen.

This app used to be funny and great. Now it’s just a trump and republican slandering app. I don’t care for politics or trump but I don’t wanna see that all the time. Always something about someone in politics or government that someone posts to get fake points and validation for their opinion. I have to say this app feels strictly left wing, far left, democratic nonsense.
Crashes every few posts

I’ve got the latest update and it freezes every few posts and then crashes.

Well and didn’t freeze up every 4th ad… left it at 2 starts because I like the fact that I can filter out us policies now…
App started freezing all the time recently

Will intermittently freeze up for seemingly no reason. My internet works fine, other apps work fine, just the Imgur app.

They prioritize cramming ads down ur throat but not basic site maintenance. So many ads, it barely loads at all and just freezes for several seconds no matter your internet speeds. If u scroll by an ad it will open the link if you, even by accident, touch the link while scrolling. And there are so many its impossible to go 5 seconds without an entire site loading at random. Comments won’t be posted at random so you can’t ever finish talking to someone. Id be embarrassed to be associated with the site. Id give 0 stars if it let me. It was fine in the beginning but whoever is in charge now couldn’t care less about running the app. Id say fix it, but we all know they either don’t know how or are completely uninterested in running a community
