Error message when setting up account

I cannot rate this app because I can’t get it to work and do not see where I can contact anyone. I get an error message with the number 500. Help!!!!!! The reason i purchased this particular device was the convenience of the app.

I just got the device, when I tried to input my information it gives me an Error screen.

Sync issues with BG5 for the last several weeks

Over the last several weeks my BG 5 has had hit or miss success connecting to the app. It connects to the Bluetooth OK. IOS is up to date and the app is up to date. I have deleted and re added the device to Bluetooth as well as the app but that has not shown much improvement. Looking forward to the fix. Hard to depend on the device at this point. Thanks have an iPhone 8 that is always up to date.
No ApplePay support, inadequate HealthKit usage

It’s 2018 (now 2019) and purchasing of supplies doesn’t include in app purchasing and use of ApplePay as a payment option. The app only offers a poorly implemented credit card experience or some Amazon non starter. Hello, 2018 (2019) again and this app asks me to enter carbs! I know the app knows about HealthKit, so use it and get that info from there, let Fooducate or some other nutrition app do the heavy tracking and focus on tying your measurements to the HealthKit data. Do a killer iOS app not a generic lowest common denominator (android) feature set.

I was shocked when I found out there is no health app integration! Your other devices have this function. Why is it missing from this? Update: after a couple of days the app asked me to connect it to the health app. So making it easier to connect the app to iOS health app is a recommendation.
App crash on launch

The app keep crashing as soon as I try to open it. I could try to reinstall it but I’m afraid I will lose the results hisory. My iOS version is 12.1.4 and on iPhone 7.
